Please follow these rules when choosing a company name:
Uniqueness
You cannot use a name that is already in use or being registered.
Government Names
Any name that may suggest a connection with the Hong Kong Government or any government department is strictly prohibited.
Language
You can choose your company name in English, Chinese, or both. Please note that mixing Chinese and English characters is not allowed.
Limited Case
English company names must end with "Limited" (Limited in English, corresponding word in Chinese). "Co., Ltd." is not allowed.
Please note that we do not retain your name or submit any application to the Hong Kong Companies Registry before you place your order. Start acting today to ensure the enterprise name you want is not registered by others.
Naming Tips
- •English names should only include A-Z and/or 0-9, and must end with "Limited".
- •You can also provide a Chinese name if needed. (e.g., ABC Limited 甲乙丙有限公司).
