Virtual office only provides address and mail handling services, without actual office space. Co-working space provides real office desks and facilities where you can come to work daily, suitable for startup teams needing a fixed workplace.
Can I use meeting rooms temporarily?
Yes. All packages include a certain amount of free meeting room usage time, with discounted rates for excess. Non-tenants can also book meeting rooms separately on an hourly basis.
What is the contract term?
We offer flexible lease terms, with a minimum rental period of 1 month. Monthly payment packages can be terminated at any time, while quarterly and annual payments enjoy more discounts. Annual payment enjoys a 10% discount.
Do you provide printing and copying services?
Yes, we provide printing, copying, scanning and other business services. Basic packages include a certain amount of free printing, with cost-based charges for excess.
