You can book by phone, WeChat, or our online reservation system. We recommend booking 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
What equipment is included in the conference room?
All meeting rooms are equipped with projectors/displays, whiteboards, high-speed Wi-Fi, and refreshment services. Medium to large rooms also feature professional video conferencing systems.
Minimum booking duration?
Minimum booking: 1 hours. Book by the hour; any duration under 1 hour is charged as 1 hours.
Can I extend the usage time temporarily?
If no one books the next slot, you can extend your time on-site. We recommend booking with ample buffer time.
Is catering provided?
Tea break service (refreshments, fruit, etc.) is available. For lunch or main meals, we can assist with delivery arrangements.
What are the cancellation policies?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance; 50% fee for cancellations between 12 and 24 hours; full charge for cancellations within 12 hours.
